Who can purchase wholesale from First Hand Trading?
First Hand Trading is an importer/wholesaler of watches, timepieces and other accessories. We only sell to businesses who are retailers or wholesalers. To qualify, your business must submit a Tax identification number. If your business is in the province of British Columbia, you must also submit a PST Certificate.

What are your minimum wholesale order requirements?
Wholesale Minimum Order: $100.00 (excluding shipping charges) $10.00 Admin fee for orders less than $100.00.

How can I place a wholesale order with First Hand Trading?
1. You can order online.
2. You can request copies of printed catalogs then phone, fax, or email your order.
3. You can place an order with a sales rep.

What happens after the order is placed on the website?
Your order is forwarded to the First Hand Trading Order Desk and then processed at which time you will be notified with your shipping estimate.

How is my order shipped?
We use Fedex Ground for our shipments. We can ship by Fedex Air at an additional cost.

What is the warranty on watches and timepieces?
Watches and timepieces are warranted against manufacturer defects to the movement for a period of 1-year from date of customer purchase. Warranty does not include the battery or customer abuse.

I have a watch that is not working. What do I do?
Check that the plastic battery protector is removed from under the crown (winder). Check that the crown is in the ‘in’ position. Replace the battery. Replacement battery is a type AG4 and is available from First Hand Trading at a nominal cost.

What do I do with defective item(s)?
Advise your sales rep or First Hand Trading. A picture of the defective item(s) must be emailed to First Hand Trading before a credit is considered. You will be instructed what to do with the defective item(s) if a credit is issued.
